You will have a dedicated Wedding Consultant from the beginning who has extensive knowledge of the wedding services. The Wedding Consultant is supported by a whole team with many years experience who will guide you through the build up to the wedding.
On the wedding day the Toastmaster and front of house team will be there to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Our inclusive wedding packages are designed with this in mind, and also come with the assurance of a set price for the wedding breakfast and reception, as well as reliable and excellent service for all arrangements.
Our 2010 Wedding Package only £3300 inc. VAT....

- Use of two function rooms, the Hayward Suite during the day and the Fleur de Lys suite for the evening.
- A three course meal and coffee, prepared by our award winning kitchen team and served by our award winning front of house team.
- A drink package which includes an arrival drink, meal drinks and toast drinks.
- Accommodation on the night of the wedding for the Bride and Groom, including English breakfast.
- Discounted accommodation for any guests wanting to stay at the hotel.
- Our popular DJ for your evening entertainment.
- One of our management team will act as liason and toastmaster.
- Red Carpet and Canopy at the entrance to the hotel.
- A 2 tier wedding cake of your choice, from our extensive portfolio of cakes.

2010 Package is based on 40 day guests and 70 evening guests. Extra charges will apply for more guests. The maximum capacity of the Hayward Room is 60 people and a maximum of 80 people in the Fleur de Lys.
